Good morning my friends, I looked out of the curtains this morning across the stunning County Down landscape where I live, and was so pleased to see the sun shining. Yesterday's horrific weather has disappeared to let the sun shine through the clouds. Happy day's are here again, but for how long?

I am getting very excited at the prospect of receiving and reviewing my author copies of both of my books. My memoirs especially seems to have taken it's toll on this old girl recently. But I am proud to say that I can finally put some of my past to rest. Thank you to everyone who has enquired about purchasing the books, and especially to those of you who have placed forward orders of signed copies. I hope to have them delivered to you all before Christmas. This publishing lark certainly takes time lol.

Thank you for all of you who voted to keep me in the Romance Is Not Dead competition with Mills & Boon, sadly I didn't make the top 10. But with a consistent score of 68% over the judging period, I am encouraged to try again next year.

My writing journey has taken a turn this month, I have found myself writing much more poetry. It is probably the little devil in me, as they are mostly Halloween poems. When and If I finally get to grips with writing and maintaining my blog, I will share some of my poems with you on blogger.

Well until I write again, "I will love you and leave you", as the old Lancashire saying goes.
